Booking Policy
For land package bookings, the payment schedule is as follows:
1st Payment: 50% of the total package cost at the time of booking.
2nd Payment: 50% of total package payment will be done before 7 days of your departure.

Cancellation Policy
45 days or more before departure: Full refund minus 50% of the package cost.
30 to 44 days before departure: 75% of the package cost will be deducted.
15 to 29 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.
This structured policy ensures clarity on refund eligibility based on cancellation timing.

Child Policy
Child 1 to 5 years will be complementary.
Child above 5 years to 11 years will be charge 50% of the package cost.
Child above 11 years will be treated as an adult.

Note:
All payments should be done Purba Holidays official account.

No payments will be entertained other then Purba Holidays official account.
All prices displayed on the PURBA HOLIDAYS platform/ Itinerary are subject to supplier reconfirmation
and an availability check. Rates are not valid during any event/exhibition/blackout date or any festival.
 

If any of the above mentioned sightseeing points are closed due to renovation / weekly closed / any other reason, the closed sightseeing point will not be covered on another day. Also note that no alternate sightseeing will be covered for that closed sightseeing point.
 

Any cost arising due to acts of God, terrorism or threats of terrorism, civil disorder, strikes, lockouts, server and network failure, riots, acts of war, cyclones, tsunami, earthquakes, inclement weather conditions, any other natural disasters, disease (If anything happens, cancellation / extra charges will be applicable as per Individual hotel's policy and Transportation policy.)

Kindly note that the above rate is valid for 48 hours from the time the package is shared.

The above mentioned hotels will be confirmed as per the room availability. Otherwise we will confirm a similar category hotel. Itinerary might be rearranged as per hotel availability at the time of booking

In case of natural calamities itineraries may be changed accordingly .
