Booking Policy
For land package bookings, the payment schedule is as follows:
1st Payment: 50% of the total package cost at the time of booking.
2nd Payment: 50% of total package payment will be done before 7 days of your departure.

Cancellation Policy
45 days or more before departure: Full refund minus 50% of the package cost.
30 to 44 days before departure: 75% of the package cost will be deducted.
15 to 29 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.
This structured policy ensures clarity on refund eligibility based on cancellation timing.

Child Policy
Child 1 to 5 years will be complementary.
Child above 5 years to 11 years will be charge 50% of the package cost.
Child above 11 years will be treated as an adult.

Great service at very affordable prices. My wife and myself went to Goa during the New Years week. Initially, we faced some issues because of the busy season but they managed to sort it out for the rest of our trip. More than satisfactory!!

I booked a vacation package from Purba Holidays for a family trip to Goa after returning from Canada, and overall, we had a great experience. They provided a decent service and took care of most arrangements smoothly. The highlight of our trip was definitely the hotel — we stayed 5 nights and 6 days at the Hard Rock Hotel, which was amazing! The pool, bar, and breakfast were all top-notch, and the property really made our vacation special. The package covered all major attractions across Goa at a reasonable price, which was great value. A few areas for improvement would be better driver coordination and clearer transportation details, as we faced some confusion with last-minute driver changes. It would also help if they provided more transparency about water activity inclusions, since the basic package doesn’t cover all the best experiences (some come with extra charges).Next Best Highlights was the Dhudhsagar waterfalls which was also included and it was blast we enjoyed the waterfalls and swimming in the lake. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay in Goa, and I’m thankful to Purba Holidays special mention to Pooja the coordinator who answered our questions and arranging everything thanks for making it a memorable trip for my parents and me.
