On arrival, check in at your hotel and unwind. Later, visit a spice plantation, where you can stroll hand in hand and learn about Kerala’s exotic spices. In the afternoon, opt for a Periyar Lake boat safari (at extra cost), offering serene views and chances to spot wildlife. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Kathakali or Kalaripayattu show, or spend quiet leisure time together. After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Thekkady and proceed towards Alleppey (approx. 140 km / 4–5 hrs), famous for its scenic backwaters and lush landscapes. Settle into your floating home and begin a relaxing cruise through tranquil canals, lagoons, and backwaters.
